Upon successfully demonstrating adeptness in applying the ROI Methodology, individuals will join an esteemed cohort of 5,000 professionals who have earned the esteemed designation of Certified ROI Professional (CRP).

The ROI institute program
This certificate program, developed under the guidance of Dr. Jack Phillips, Chairman of the ROI Institute, and Dr. Patti P. Phillips, CEO, ROI Institute, equips participants with the essential skills for crafting and delivering impactful Return on Investment (ROI) evaluations across diverse domains such as learning and performance, organizational development, human resources, technology, change, and quality solutions.
In collaboration with Critical innovation and ROI Institute, this program places a significant emphasis on the ROI Methodology®. Participants will gain proficiency in applying the ROI Process Model, a results-oriented approach that encompasses the formulation of application impact objectives, creation of data collection strategies, compilation of both quantitative and qualitative data, isolation of program effects, quantification of data into monetary values, accurate assessment of program costs, ROI computation, and identification of intangible benefits.
Enrollees are encouraged to arrive primed to implement the ROI Methodology on a program within their respective organizations. Moreover, they have the option to avail one-on-one coaching support subsequent to the workshop, until the completion of their ROI evaluation.
